Objective:
I am avidly seeking any freelance or publishing opportunities through which I can further my writing career,
knowledge and experience.
In addition to newspaper reporting and editing, I have done many things - from pest control to property management
and have enjoyed a vast array of learning experiences.
Though my jobs have varied, my writing has not. I was first published at age eight in a childrens magazine and
have written for as long as I can remember.
I have many works in progress including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, short, and long. My preferences vary but
my style is consistent. I'm a fan of Nora Roberts and my writing style tends to parallel hers. Some of my favorite
authors include Edgar A. Poe, Alfred Tennyson, and Rudyard Kipling.
Groups and Organizations
I am an active member of Writer Buddy, an online writers group including writing critiques,
advice, columns and forums.
